I'm Nathan, and I'm the founder of Practical Fitness. I decided to turn my passion into a profession so that I could use my knowledge and expertise accumulated over the years of gym experience to help others get fit like me, now that I know all the tricks.
I am Certified as a N.A.S.M. (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Trainer. I teach Health and Fitness as a lifestyle and demonstrate how just a few simple changes can set you up to maintain your fitness goals for life. This means I spend a lot of time teaching how to make exercise, nutrition and lifestyle choices to set you up to not merely accomplish your goals, but push far beyond them. Through my programs, I have seen first-hand how participants benefit tremendously from disciplined dietary and exercise routines, and I use what I've learned to help fast track people towards the finish line so they can skip all the experimenting and just get the best results.
I don’t provide training sessions, I provide solutions. I work to impart lessons that will remain resonant for you for the rest of your life, so that our sessions hold meaning even long after you participate in my program.
